How we store your personal information 

Your information is securely stored. We store your information on Amazon Web Services using the ISO/IEC 27001 standards for Information security management.

Your information is located within the United Kingdom, and is not transported or shared with any other country.

We keep specific membership information such as “membership eligibility” data for 6 months, at which point you need to inform us about where you currently work, if you wish to keep your membership active. 


All other data is retained for 2 years, or until such a time you wish to exercise your “right to erasure”.

We will then dispose your information by securely removing your data from the servers.
